Guided Dirt Bike Rides with Tucson Moto Tours

Listed below are some of the rides we used to offer. We no longer offer guided rides or rentals, but have left the ride information intact.

Arivaca: The epic all-dirt ride. This ride is for the experience rider who enjoys spending the day riding at a moderate pace in challenging terrain. The minimum distance is 110 miles, with as many breaks as needed. At the half-way point, we'll have a food stop at Café Aribac and a gas stop at Arivaca Market, both located in Arivaca, Arizona. Plan on 6 hours minimum to complete this ride.

Madera Canyon: Approximately 160 miles. This easy-going ride is punctuated by seriously rough terrain with ascents and descents. Must have valid motorcycle endorsement to be legal as we travel on Forest Service roads and some public highways.
Border Loop: Approximately 230 miles. This 10 hour ride combines Madera Canyon and Arivaca with an additional section that loops the two together with a run to the town of Lochiel on the border. If you want a long, straight stretch of smooth dirt road to "open 'er up," this is your ride. Must have valid motorcycle endorsement to be legal as we travel on Forest Service roads and some public highways.
Miners' Canyon

Approximately 45 miles. About 3 hours depending on enthusiasm. Stop along the way to see huge mine.
God's Mountain: (Update - closed. If you are concerned about trail closures, please join an off-road advocacy group.) Approximately 25 miles. About 2 hours depending on enthusiasm. Includes hill-climbing along spine of mountain. Views from single location span Green Valley, Tucson, Marana, and Kitt Peak.
General Riding and Exploration: If the weather and/or temperature are an issue, we can keep the riding close to Tucson Moto Tours' headquarters.

Street Riding: We know all of the great on-road riding in our area. If you want help plotting a route, contact us for information. We'll get you on the best roads our area has to offer.
